特征 : 木材心材颜色暗黑褐色，少数有绿灰色调，条纹沿生长轮交叉分布为暗黑色。外观花纹非常独特，山水花纹（landscape）及蜘蛛网花纹（spider-webbing）特别明显，径切面（quartersawn）有木射线斑纹，如同硬枫木（Hard Maple）。浅黄色的边材有时会做搭配使用，具有审美方面的效果。
Features: The color of the wood heartwood is dark black and brown, and a few have green-gray tones. The stripes are distributed along the growth wheel as dark black. The appearance pattern is very unique. The landscape and spider-webbing are particularly obvious. The quartersawn has wood ray markings, just like Hard Maple. Light yellow sapwood is sometimes used in combination, with aesthetic effects.
加工 : 天然耐腐朽能力高，花纹极为特殊的热带木材，很少有木种可与之媲美，作为乐器材使用有高度艺术感。干燥完后稳定性好。木材车旋与涂饰性能好，只有少数油脂性强的样品会存在胶黏不易的状况。想保持木材原有的纹理及颜色，最好使用紫胶涂饰处理(不建议使用聚氨酯涂饰)
Processing: Natural wood with high natural decay resistance and very special patterns. There are few wood species comparable to it, and it is highly artistic as a musical instrument. After drying, the stability is good. Wood turning and finishing performance is good, and only a few samples with strong greasiness will be difficult to stick. If you want to maintain the original texture and color of the wood, it is best to use shellac finish treatment (polyurethane finish is not recommended)
用途 : 枪托、乐器（声电吉他）、家具、车旋、其他小型木工制品，单板、细木工等等皆适用。
Uses: butts, musical instruments (acoustic and electric guitars), furniture, turning, other small carpentry products, veneer, joinery, etc. are suitable. |
